The Coffee County School System worked alongside Ford Next Generation, community leaders, and school staff to build a plan for improvement. The details of this plan are recorded in the district's strategic plan for 2019-2023. One of the four focus areas that will guide our work over these four years addresses People and Culture, and includes strategies for helping us to provide a welcoming environment and positive culture for students and employees.
